David M. Call has 20 years of experience in the network marketing industry.  David has seen all sides of the industry both from the inside and the outside. 

He has been a distributor, business consultant to MLM companies, developed compensation plans and marketing strategies and was previously one of the founders of a large and successful multi-national network marketing company.
 

As a graduate in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, David has also scrutinized the industry from a philosophical perspective.  In fact, David has always been concerned with the industry as a whole and how to overcome the challenges that traditional network marketing faces.  Several years ago he wrote a thesis on overcoming recruiting problems by bringing actual value into the network marketing world; the very first seeds of a revolutionary idea.  David created Team Everest as an “answer” to the challenges that the industry faces.  In doing so, he created a brand new industry that will be emulated for decades to come.  
  

David is a published author, columnist, lecturer, and advocate of the Great Books Program. He is also a proponent of the importance of continuing one's education through a life-long pursuit of intellectual excellence, personal achievement and efficacy.  Mr. Call has traveled extensively sharing his ideas on such topics as truth, goodness and beauty; friendship, love and marriage; as well as such practical topics as family budgeting, self-reliance and the morality of helping others.

David lives in Utah with his wife and family, including three grandchildren (all boys). His favorite pastime includes reading, writing and lecturing on the Great Ideas. His favorite book is Great Treasury of Western Thought, and his favorite room is his private study-all of which is evidenced by his favorite epigram: "Welcome to the Great Indoors."

Eric Raymond was invited by David M. Call in March 2005 to meet the challenge of creating a company that defined a new industry.  Eric’s entrepreneurial skills, business background and most importantly, technology expertise, made him the perfect candidate for designing the ultimate business opportunity. 

Eric’s varied 15-year business background includes Regional Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project Manager, IT Manager and Business Systems Analyst—all for multi-million dollar companies.  Eric’s love for computer technology, networks, and databases propelled him to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.  He has traveled extensively throughout the globe setting up the infrastructure and systems for leading network marketing companies.  His background with international network marketing commission and database systems helped prepare him to manage the creation of the ultimate back-end system for Team Everest.   

Eric’s favorite hobbies include traveling, photography, 4x4 off-roading, ATV & motorcycle riding, camping, hiking and playing the guitar.  He and his wife Jamie have three fun kids that love to share in the same enthusiasm for outdoor fun.
