What is the anticipated timeline & rollout to members across
the nation?
We are now able to sell health insurance in Utah, Arizona, Missouri, North Carolina and South Carolina. We will expand as rapidly as possible across the other states as our membership grows in those states. Due to various state regulations, some states are harder to work with than others but our goal is to benefit members in all states!
Which insurance carriers do you offer?
We are offering the most popular carriers in Utah which are Select Health
(IHC), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Altius and Humana. There are hundreds
of plans to choose from ranging from a low deductible PPO plan to a high-deductible
HSA plan. You
pick the plan that best suits your budget and needs. Each state (as
it rolls out) will offer the most common quality carriers for that state. We
will only ever offer A+ rated insurance carriers.
How do I take advantage of the Team Everest Health Insurance Program?
In order to save money on your insurance, you must first become a Team Everest
Lodge Member. For as little as $99 you can become a Member. If
you desire, you may request a quote using our online quote engine before
becoming a member. There are no further requirements or commitments
to get the insurance. As our group grows, so does your savings!
What if I’m already enrolled in a health insurance plan that I like
or have a pre-existing condition?
That’s just fine. If you have an individual plan you may keep
your existing plan but just fill
out the following form to take advantage of the Team Everest benefits. This
will not change your insurance or your premium but will put you in the
Team Everest group so that you can still take advantage of the Member
Rewards Program and additional discounts down the road when we reach the
2500 member level.
What if I own a small business and would like to save on coverage
for my employees?
We also offer great deals on group health coverage. You may fill
out the following form to request a group rate quote. We can save
your business money and even have ways to turn your insurance costs into
a money-making profit center!
What if I’m already part of a large group health plan?
For members that are already part of a large group health plan, and your
insurance is being fully paid by your employer we recommend that you stay
where you’re at for now. You will not be able to use the Agent
of Record change form because that would require the whole group to move
over. If however, you are required to pay your insurance as an employee
and you have out-of-pocket expenses we may be able to help you save. If
you have a small to medium size group, we can probably help your company
save money. As we get bigger, we will even be able to benefit large
organizations.
